- Exclusive Signal Usage: During the subscription period, you must exclusively follow signals provided by Forex United Club. Using signals from other providers or trading independently will void this guarantee.
- No Profit by Month-End: Refunds are issued only if your account shows no net profit by the end of the subscription period.
- Adherence to Risk Management: You must follow the risk management guidelines provided with each signal.
- Minimum Trade Execution: At least 80% of the signals provided during the subscription period must be executed.
- Documented Evidence: You must provide proof of trades executed based on our signals, including entry points, stop-loss levels, and take-profit levels.
2. Conditions for Refund
Refund requests will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- If the refund is requested after 35 days from the date of purchase.
- If there is evidence of misuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or sharing of our content without authorization.
- If the services have been fully utilized and no valid reason for dissatisfaction is provided.
Additional Exclusions:
